There are many different weight loss and fat loss programs that claim that they can show you the how to loose belly fat and look great. But for long-term weight loss success you'll need a practical plan which includes both diet and exercise

In the past few years, I have tried many fat loss programs but I must say I was very disappointed with most of them.

  • Cut all"white"carbohydrates and fried foods out of your diet. These foods,  sometimes referred to as "white carbohydrates",  include anything made with refined flour and/or refined sugars. 
  • Focus on eating lean proteins, veggies, beans and "good" fats.  
  • Maintaining energy and not feeling "crappy" is essential and makes it much easier to stay on any diet. 
  • Fresh veggies,  beans and legumes,  and small amounts of fresh fruit are the best carbohydrates sources  when you're trying to lose weight. 
  •   Do shorter,  but more intense,  workouts that incorporate both strength and cardio training. You're going to burn more belly fat in less time by focusing on shorter,  higher-intensity workout sessions that incorporate both Cardio/Aerobic training and weight training. 

 Make a few healthy lifestyle changes. 
 Stop those drinks; consuming alcoholic beverages slows down your body's natural fat burning processes due to the way alcohol affects the liver.
